Great place to either buy or service your Subaru! Great people to whom will help you the best they can. The wait is even relaxing, offers popcorn and reading material. Has a space for kids, to make their experience fun. Allows pets in case you brought your best friend with you.
In all my years of buying cars, I haver never had such a fun, flawless and stress free time as I did with Darren. He is an incredible asset to Stanley Subaru. I am extremely satisfied with my new Crosstrek and will indeed mention Darren to all my friends!
Our experience with Stanley Subaru was the best we have ever had with any vehicle dealership in 40 years! It was enjoyable. Their sales and service people are friendly, knowledgeable, and have a sense of humor. We experienced no hard sells -- just honest discussions over the merits of their cars for our needs. Their showroom is lovely, but it is the people that made buying a car at Stanley Subaru a great experience. Who knew this was possible? (Oh, and we love our Impreza!!)

I haven’t bought a new Subaru at this dealer (yet) but I bring my current Outback here whenever it needs a repair. The waiting room is comfortable with coffee, hot drinks, sodas, candy, and popcorn, as well as comfy chairs for those who are tired, chairs with pull over desks for those needing to work, a bar of IPad stations for anyone wanting to surf the web, a conference table for anyone needing to spread out on a workday, and a bookshelf and magazine rack for reading and a children’s play area. The staff is unwaveringly nice and friendly, always doing their best and taking into account your feelings (especially if you’ve had a long wait, which I’ve had two in a row lately and another next week.)
The long visits lately, plus the fact that I haven’t dealt with the dealers yet, is why I am giving four stars. However, I don’t really know if I should... it could have just been a difficult case that the service guys couldn’t figure out (my passenger side window won’t work), and I wasn’t charged for the second visit where the part they had ordered and the work they did happened not to fix the problem, but I’ll keep the 4 stars for now in case others are having issues of the service people having trouble, and it is a pain to have to take off work and sit there for hours. But if no one else has any service complaints, or even if it’s just the rare complication, I would give 5 stars.
